  • What services do you provide?

    We offer a range of services for individuals on the autism spectrum, along with support for their families. Our mission is to hire and train dedicated direct support professionals seeking meaningful careers in the field while providing compassionate care to every client as if they were family. We are committed to ensuring our employees foster independence, dignity, and individuality in those we serve.

  • What are Individual Supports?

    Individual support provides one-on-one direct assistance for adults with IDD, promoting independence, productivity, enhanced family functioning, and community inclusion. This service can be delivered with or without a family member or guardian present, either in the client’s residence or within the community.



    Individual supports may include community-based activities as well as assistance with daily living tasks.

  • What are Community Based Supports?

    One-to-one direct support that promotes independence, productivity, enhanced family functioning, and community inclusion through engaging, community-based activities.


    Here are some examples of Community Based Supports that ACS provides:

    • Support on a job site to assist in basic self-care, social skills, and activities of daily living.
    • Support from staff to enable an individual to visit a museum or movie theatre, attend an event, take a class, etc.
    • Support from staff to assist an individual participating in activities such as: assistance in completing activities of daily living, ordering off a menu, purchasing items, learning basic cooking, laundry skills, etiquette, travel training, accessing activities in the community, etc.
    • One-on-one tutoring
  • What is Supported Employment?

    Supported Employment – Individual: Helps individuals obtain and maintain employment in the general workforce at or above minimum wage.


    Supported Employment – Small Group: Provides training in business, industry, and community settings for groups of 2 to 8 individuals.

  • What are Behavioral Supports?

    Behavioral Supports: Provides counseling, behavioral interventions, and diagnostic evaluations or consultations to help individuals manage behaviors and develop social skills. A licensed BCBA is on staff.
