Joining the Family Hires program is simple. Our team will assist you in:
Assessing Eligibility – We’ll review the requirements and determine if you qualify.
Onboarding & Training – You’ll receive necessary training, including CPR, First Aid, and specialized behavioral support if needed.
Providing Care – Once onboarded, you can begin caring for your loved one while receiving financial support.
Family members who are actively involved in the care of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility may depend on the age of the individual receiving care, as well as the specific services required.
While our primary services are in New Jersey, we can provide guidance on resources available in other states.
